- Return & Exchange Policy
- No Refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Size Exchange only for footwear will be allowed.
- Size Change Policy
- Size changes are possible only if you ship the product back within 2 days of delivery.
- If the requested size is unavailable, store credits will be issued.
- Store credits can be used for future purchases of the same value.
- Shipping charges are not included in store credits.
- Damaged Product Policy
- Damaged products will be replaced only if reported as per the claim process.
- Claims must include:
- A clearly recorded unboxing/opening video showing the product from the moment the package is opened.
- The AWB number (tracking label) must be visible in the video.
- Claims without the required video will not be accepted.
- Store Credit Terms
- Only the item value will be credited (shipping charges excluded).
- Credits can be used for a future purchase of equal value.
- Store credits will be valid for use up to 180 days.
- Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
- Product Variation
- Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings. These will not be considered as defects.

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp with a tracking number.
- Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Delays
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, natural disasters).
Shipping Restrictions
- Currently, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damages
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos and videos of the package and items.
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.
